产品协同设计中考虑主体属性特征的时间效率

Abstract: To improve the time efficiency of product collaborative design, the attribute characteristics of design Agent were analyzed, classified and quantitatively calculated. The task attribute was defined, and based on this conclusion, the efficiency model with the aim of the shortest duration was constructed. The solving steps for efficiency model were designed based on genetic annealing algorithm. The collaborative product design of cabin was used as an example to prove the correctness and efficiency of the proposed method.

摘要: 为了提高产品协同设计的效率,对设计主体属性特征进行分析、分类和定量计算,定义了设计任务的特征属性。在此基础上建立了以产品协同设计总体持续时间最短为目标的效率模型,设计了基于遗传退火算法的模型求解步骤。以某公司风机机舱的协同设计为例,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
