Abstract

Abstract: Multi-variety and small-batch Job Shop had low monitoring visuality and poor real-time capability of production scheduling information by using two-dimensional chart and data report to track production execution situation. Aiming at this problem, the system structure, functional structure and operation mode of 3D visualization dynamic monitoring system were established which could dynamically reflect Job Shop's production execution situation such as workshop production process, material consumption, and parts processing information. In addition, the visualization dynamic monitoring realization technology of workshop production execution based on flexsim was studied. This system was successfully applied in an auto parts manufacturing enterprise, and the good application effects were obtained.

摘要： 针对多品种小批量机加车间因使用二维图表和数据报表跟踪监控生产任务执行情况，导致车间监控可视性低、生产进度信息实时性差等问题，构建了一种能动态反映车间生产进度、物料消耗情况、零件加工信息的机加车间生产任务执行情况三维可视化动态监控系统的体系结构、功能结构和运行模式，并对基于flexsim的车间生产执行情况可视化动态监控实现技术进行了研究。该系统已成功应用于某汽车零部件制造企业，取得了良好的应用效果。
