制造系统局域世界网络演化模型及其复杂性度量

Abstract: To construct complex network model in accordance with the characteristic of manufacturing systems for analyzing complexity,the system complexity metrics which based on complex networks was proposed.The modeling principle and construction process of manufacturing system's multi-local world network model were expounded,and the power-law distribution with power index adjustable from 2 to ∞ was analyzed theoretically.The power law characteristics of degree distribution and the intensity distribution of model under different parameter values were verified with simulation.By the analysis and statistical of an engine assembly system complex network,the evolution law of the model was validated,and the complexity characteristic of engine's manufacturing system was illustrated.

摘要: 为了构建符合制造系统特性的复杂网络模型,以利用复杂网络理论分析其复杂性,建立了一种模拟制造系统演化规律的多局域世界复杂网络演化模型。提出基于复杂网络的系统复杂性度量标准,阐述了制造系统多局域世界网络模型的建模原则及其构造过程,从理论上分析了模型度分布具有幂指数在2~之间可调的幂律分布特性。通过仿真,验证了在不同参数取值下该模型的度分布和强度分布的幂律特性。通过发动机装配系统复杂网络模型的构造和统计分析,验证了模型的演化规律,分析了发动机装配制造系统的复杂性特征。
