Abstract: Integration of Informatization and Industrilization (Ⅲ) is an important strategy and the bonding point for building a manufacturing power and an internet power of China.To deal with the common problems including unbalanced and inadequate development of Ⅲ,and to improve the current situation that key technologies and products of Ⅲ are controlled by other countries,a General Reference Architecture of Ⅲ (GRAⅢ) was presented to systematically describe key elements and relationships among them out of the consideration of top-level design,so as to provide a theoretical basis for industry to deeply understand and effectively promote the Ⅲ.Based on GRAⅢ,a standards framework as well as the path and priority of standards constructions of Ⅲ were illustrated.Countermeasures of promoting Ⅲ by standardization were provided,and the thinking concerning accelerating innovation development issue was illustrated,which could be achieved in the effort of synergistically promoting technology and product innovation,solution development,new manufacturing model promotion by standardization.

摘要： 信息化和工业化融合(简称“两化融合”)是我国重要的战略部署,也是建设制造强国和网络强国的扣合点。为应对我国两化融合发展不平衡不充分、“综合集成”尚未突破等共性问题,缓解两化融合发展中关键技术、产品受制于人的局面,从顶层设计入手提出两化融合通用参考架构,系统描绘了两化融合的关键要素及其相互关系,为产业界深入认识和有效推进两化融合提供了理论依据;基于两化融合通用参考架构,进一步构建了两化融合标准体系,给出了标准建设路径及重点,提出了以标准引领推进两化融合的对策建议,阐明了对产业界以标准化为路径协同推进技术与产品创新、解决方案研制和制造业新模式推广,加速实现创新发展等问题的思考。
