电动汽车无动力中断两挡变速器换挡机构参数优化

Abstract: For a seamless two-speed electric vehicle transmission,a shifting mechanism parameters optimization method was put forward.The shift mechanism of this two-speed transmission and the working process of shift were presented.The vehicle dynamics model was established,and the shift mechanism parameters' influence on shifting jerk and sliding friction work was researched.On this basis,the shifting mechanism parameters were preliminarily matched,and the multi-objective optimization model was established,whose optimization variables were shifting mechanism parameters with the objective of shifting jerk and sliding friction work.By using the improved gray wolf algorithm,the model was solved with Matlab/Simulink simulation,and the effectiveness of this algorithm was verified through the case.The two-speed transmission shift test bench was built,and the result showed that the power was uninterrupted through the shifting process.

摘要: 针对电动汽车无动力中断两挡变速器,提出一种换挡机构参数优化匹配方法。介绍了该两挡变速器换挡机构,并分析了其换挡工作过程。建立了整车动力学模型,研究了换挡机构参数对冲击度和滑摩功的影响规律。在此基础上,对换挡机构参数进行初步匹配,进一步建立了以换挡机构参数为优化变量,以冲击度和滑摩功为优化目标的多目标优化模型。利用改进灰狼算法,结合MATLAB/Simulink仿真对所建模型进行了求解,并通过案例验证了该算法的有效性。最后,搭建了两挡变速器换挡试验台架,结果表明其换挡过程动力不中断,证明了该两挡变速器换挡机构的合理性。
