Abstract: A knowledge fusion method of Mechanical Structure Morphology (MSM) was presented to solve the incomplete information problem of some primitive morphologies.The knowledge transformation process of MSM was analyzed according to the extraction rules of MSM,and some knowledge representation models were constructed,such as transformation model knowledge of primitive,meta-knowledge of MSM and knowledge of MSM.Some fusion rules including inclusive rule,superposition rule,association rule and absorption rule were proposed according to the characteristics of primitive morphology,and their application characteristics were introduced.A MSM knowledge fusion algorithm was developed based on the operation relation between the primitives of mechanical structure,which implemented the integration among the primitive morphologies.The feasibility of knowledge representation method of MSM and its knowledge fusion algorithm were demonstrated by an illustrative example of bracket structure.Knowledge fusion of MSM provided a practical method for the reconstruction of MSM to simplify 3D model of mechanical structure.

摘要: 针对机械结构形态三维模型重建时基本体形态特征孤立的问题,提出机械结构形态的知识融合算法。通过分析基于本体的机械结构形态知识转换关系,提出基本体转换模型知识、机械结构形态元知识、机械结构形态知识的表示方法。根据机械结构基本体形态的特点提出机械结构形态元知识融合的包容规则、叠加规则、关联规则及吸收规则,并根据机械结构基本体的运算关系分析融合规则的运用规律,提出机械结构形态知识融合算法,实现了机械结构基本体形态的有机整合。支架实例验证了机械结构形态知识表示方法及其知识融合算法的有效性。机械结构形态知识融合为机械结构形态建模提供了实践的方法,简化了机械结构三维模型的特征。
